Article 13 Cancellation, returns and exchanges

※ Returns and exchanges are not accepted if the product package has been opened or if the product has been damaged or scratched by the customer. (In the case of an assortment of multiple products in a delivery package, if even one of the products has been opened, we will not accept returns or exchanges).
※ In the case of returns/exchanges due to 'defective, damaged or stained goods' or 'different goods or quantity from the order received', please send the goods to us with payment on delivery (only to the delivery company specified by us).
※ We do not accept returns or exchanges for products purchased outside of this mall. Please contact the shop where you purchased the product.
※ Refunds will be made to the person who has paid for the product. However, in the case of credit card payment, refunds will be made to the credit card holder.
